Temporary and Contract Staffing:
We provide all types of professionals for: special projects, to cover vacations, leave of absences, maternity leave, new projects, increased productivity, to meet deadlines, filing projects, and any other needs that might arise in our ever changing competitive markets.

Temp-to-Hire (Try before you Buy):
If you've ever made a costly hiring mistake, you will appreciate the beauty of temp-to-hire. By evaluating employees on the job, we offer you a unique opportunity to observe how they interact with your team as well as your customers. You don’t have to take “Our Word” for it…you get to decide if this person is going to be a long-term solution for your needs before you make a hiring commitment. This program can be customized for either employees you've recruited on your own or employees we find for you.

Direct Hire:
We provide qualified candidates for direct placement at a reasonable professional fee. We may have the candidate you are looking for already in our database and we will advertise, prescreen, and present you with only those candidates that meet your specifications. We carry all costs of advertising, interviewing, preparing submittal packages and organizing onsite interviews, you only pay a fee if we find the right Candidate and they are hired.

Testing:
Before we submit candidates to you for consideration, our experienced recruiters work with you to determine what types of testing are necessary (software, admin, telephonic etc) and prior to submittal we obtain independent scoring on each individual.

Screening:
Our Clients are NEVER the first interview with prospective Candidates. We understand that we are of service to our Clients when we save them time by screening candidates through interview, based on the requirements of the job, company and goals of the open position. We interview MULTIPLE prospects so you don’t have to…our goal is to submit the two BEST Candidates to you and you hire one of the two.

Reference Checks:
Prior to offer of employment, PeopleQuest performs reference checks and prepares results to be submitted to Client for review.
 
License Verification:
When required, PeopleQuest may perform license verification when Client informs PeopleQuest representative that for any specific job order, verification is necessary. (RN’s, LVN’s, CPC etc)

Security:
PeopleQuest uses a well respected independent company (USA FACT) to provide us with a large spectrum of important background checks. PeopleQuest representatives work with each Client on their specific background needs (credit check, motor vehicle, criminal). **There is an additional fee for this service
